The Bible is a book of prophecy, history, prayer, law, counsel and knowledge about God. it holds information about the past, present and future revealing the mind of God concerning creation.
God elevated man above all He created, and placed high premium on life, purposed that man should be undying to share in His spiritual image of righteousness, substituting mans life with Christ's death when man fell as a penalty for our sin.
Human beings to took after Him, understanding that life is precious, developed traffic light, built pedestrian bridges locating these facilities at points of complicated vehicular movement in which some travel at a speed level that death is inevitable should accident occur. And to ensure total safety in addition, law enforcement agents are often at work in these areas for compliance and effective control.
All of these are done to avoid accidental loss of life when someone ignores these provisions and get overrun by a moving vehicle, it is in law considered suicide.
