The organizers of the prestigious annual music event, Music Festival Lagos held a press conference addressing news men and media yesterday, 1st March 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Festac Town, Lagos.
Present were media houses such as Business Day, Vanguard Newspaper, Cheq TV, Festac Online, Trace, Cool FM, FNM, Wazobia and TVC. The organizers and founders represented by Marcel Andeweg , General Manager , Golden Tulip , Kcee of Five star Music , Obrien Ufondu, Entertainment Guru.

They all assured attendees of maximum fun and a bigger and better 4th year edition of this prestigious event. It was an eventful briefing as the press was also informed that In line with Festac 77, Music Festival Lagos would keep culture coming to Festac and also share values on the mainland and there are no plans of moving this huge event out of Festac Town.

This year’s edition promises to be bigger than ever before with exciting and audience thrilling artists and comedian with the likes of Phyno, Kcee, Olamide, Lil Kesh , Timaya, Wande Coal, Patoranking , Ycee , Omawunmi, Tekno, Harrysong, Iyanya, Olamide, Dbanj, Oritsefemi, and more.

SON ARRESTS IMPORTER WHO SPECIALIZES IN RE-PACKAGING EXPIRED PRODUCTS IN KIRIKIRI TOWN COMMUNITY

Joseph Udeh, owner of Jouf Nigeria Limited, located at No. 10 Faith Street, off Comfort Oboh Street, Kirikiri Road, Apapa, Lagos, has been apprehended by the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) for dealing in the repackaging and sales of expired products. SON’s Director of Monitoring & Compliance, Engr. Bede Obayi, who took journalists round a twin four-storey building located in Kirikiri Town, Lagos on Monday said they got to know of Udeh’s dealings following a tip-off by members of the public. According to Vanguard, all sorts of expired cosmetics and household consumables were found in the flats. “We acted on the intelligence we received from well-meaning Nigerians.
