APOSTLE NANAKEME YALAH RECEIVES NGO'S HUMANITARIAN AWARD

General Overseer, Gods Faith Christian Center has been recognized by Compassionate Women International (CWI). The NGO presented him with a Humanitarian and Excellence Award on Sunday.

Held at the church's auditorium at NPS Barracks, Kirikiri town with family, associates and friends, the Apostle posted this statement on his timeline as he talked about the award and its origin;

"Mrs Esther Elijah & Mrs Glory Maduka (PRESIDENT & VICE PRESIDENT OF COMPASSIONATE WOMEN INTERNATIONAL) A global NGO that cares for the needy, Presenting an award to Apostle Dr. Andrew Yalah, who was nominated or rather handpicked and deemed worthy of the award"
"Over 100 names were given, but Daddy you were Handpicked as the excellent candidate worthy of this award" Mrs Elijah said.
 
However, the awards was received in good fate and celebrated by the entire church members.

It shows you one of the secondary schools names Great Trinity College owned by Henry and Henry Group then you can see the big tank farms owned by Index Petrolube, Swift Oil and Techno Oil. If you look closely, you will see the truck parks and the river behind where ship loaded with Oil product dock to transfer into the tanks. You will also see some houses that are very close to the tank farms. This picture was taken in 2015. Since then, the landscape has changed dangerously. More lands have been bought and used for truck parks, some buildings have been demolished. The area is now condensed and    overpopulated.  Thank you for reading. Kindly share also.

FG SET TO BAN SALE OF ALCOHOL IN SMALL BOTTLES AND SACHET - SEE WHY

The Federal Government has issued directives targeted at phasing out the sale and consumption of alcohol in sachets and polyethylene terephthalate, PET, bottles. The goal is to reduce availability and curb abuse. Effective January 31 2021, producers of alcohol in sachets and small bottles are to reduce production by 50 per cent of capacity prior to January 2020. Mojisola Adeyeye, director-general of the National Agency for Foods and Drugs Administration and Control, NAFDAC, disclosed this in a statement. Adeyeye said uncontrolled access and availability of high concentration alcohol in sachet and small volume PET or glass bottles contribute to substance and alcohol abuse in Nigeria. She added that NAFDAC and the ministry of health have engaged major shareholders and have reached certain agreements. Some of the possible causes of vaginal odor include: 1. Bacterial Vaginosis Bacterial vaginosis or an overgrowth of normally occurring vaginal bacteria is the most common cause of vaginal odor. It’s very common and affects around 30% of women who are in their reproductive years. Bacterial vaginosis has been linked to miscarriage, preterm birth, as well as the increased risk of acquiring other sexually transmitted infections. A “fishy” odor is one of the most prominent indicators of bacterial vaginosis. Although the exact causes of this condition are still unknown, studies link it to certain activities, such as unprotected sexual intercourse or frequent douching. 2.
