ST YOGA GYMNASIUM HATCH PLANS TO UPGRADE ITS BODY BUILDING CENTER – HOLDS FIRST EVER MEMBERS MEETING WITH GERMAN BODY BUILDING CONSULTANT

Popular St. Yoga Gymnasium has unveiled its plans to upgrade its body building center during its first ever members meeting with a German body building consultant at the gym house.
The meeting which was held on last Saturday at the gym house was an apple-pie order as it brought together body trainers to share ideas and rub minds on the progress of the gym.

The German Consultant Mr. Oluwagbemidare Adewole Ayodele aka Ade Super encouraged the trainers to continue to work hard in order to get a super physique which could be useful to them in many ways they can ever think of. He also added that he worked so hard in his times on his body and that helped him at every stage of his life till present.

“I am happy to see these young men training their biceps and triceps. It gives me joy. The god of iron has been good and I have to be good to iron (training instrument) by keeping it neat. I encourage the trainers to always work on their lower body first before the upper and stick to one program at a time. May God help us” Ade Super spoke to Kirikiri News Media.

The chief trainer and coordinator of the gym Mr. Yomi told members that the gym will be upgraded to suite international standard before the end of the March 2016. He said this in a statement after all members must have tabled issues concerning the improvement of facilities in the Gymnasium.

“a fee of NGN100 will continue to be paid of a daily basis by members of the Gym but after the upgrade, there will be regulations, rules and guidelines put in place to ensure smooth running of the gym. No pain… No gain” Mr. Yoga Concluded.

St. Yoga Gymnasium is located at Biola Johnson crescent, Kirikiri town and it is the only existing standard gym in Kirikiri town with over 25 members and many potential members.
