"I visited Ubakala secondary school today's evening in company of my big brother, Com. Chima Caleb Ufomadu and we really found out that what we heard was true".



recent vandalism, theft and attack on Ubakala Secondary School: hoodlums on the rampage of attack to posterity in Ubakala Community, Abia State.







Some yet to be identified hoodlums have stolen the aluminum/glass windows at the principal's office and library at Ubakala Secondary School numbering five windows. 











This particular building was reconstructed by our brother Engr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo (MD of Slot Accessories) few years ago.. 



At this point, posterity is laughing at most of our youths and their future , fogged . 



This is happening barely three weeks after the ubakala secondary school old students association invited and received the Honourable Commissioner for Education of Abia state, Prof Ikechi Mgboji, at the school premises for subsequent upgrade of the school....

A paediatrician at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, Dr Gloria Nwosu, disclosed this in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, while addressing journalists on Thursday. By Jerrywright Ukwu Electricity consumers ​not provided with prepaid meters ​as at​ March 1 2017 have been told to stop paying electricity bills -  This is the directive from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) The Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have however fired back saying the rule is not applicable to all Nigerians The NERC has ​declared that electricity consumers ​that were ​not provided with prepaid meters ​as at​ March 1 should stop paying electricity bills presented by DISCOs on the basis of estimated billing methodology. The commission also ordered the DISCOs not to disconnect any such customer that refuses to pay the bills and further advised such customers to report to the commission if disconnected. The NERC said​ the new directive is in line with its mandate of protecting the rights of customers.
