REASONABLE REASONS WHY TALENTS GETS ERODED FROM THE CHURCH

Yes they will say this guy has come again! I don't really care about what you say ok, I only care about saying and doing the truth which sets men free all the time.



I am somehow uncomfortable with the way different talents are gradually getting eroded from the House Hold of Faith and kingdom at large. My findings based on studies carried out has shown that Kingdom talents such as Music, painting, sports, motivational speaking, poetic writing , craftsmanship skills,leadership, organization skills and other forms of arts are loosing shape,but remember we shall give account when the Master shall return.

Why? 

Reasons amongst many is the reality that most of our denominational heads and power holders in churches don't think of CAPACITY BUILDING,rather they think of STRUCTURAL AND EMPIRE BUILDING. Sorry if that hurts! 
Let me ask, did Jesus Christ build the disciples' capacity before committing responsibilities in their hands? Please read. Mark 3 vs 13-15 and also the parable of the talents, Jesus talked about given talents, trading with them and accounting for result. 

I strongly believe its time our Ogas spend time to hold meetings with their talented ones and not delegating middle men to hold briefs, it will afford the opportunities to pour into them directly, hear their problems and challenges which will in turn facilitate proper mentoring, counselling, hence various challenges will be easily tackled by giving constructive criticisms and the way forward too.

Who won't be happy to have international figures as members of his church?

Pls tell me you will be angry if Don Moen, Usain Bolt, the Williams sisters, Fela Durotoye, Sonnie Badu etc are sheep under your care? 

I can't ever remember to have met with my own GO for once in a meeting with music ministers in the mission for over 23 years in joined the denomination's music department. 

Hmmmmm! Leave that matter for Martha ooooo.....middle men no go gree us. 

But I heard a particular GO meets with his music ministers across the globe once in two years for robbing minds together in their various levels and cadre and today they are making head way!

Have you noticed they actually wrote 85% of the songs most churches sing today and still we can't learn from their wisdom,rather people religiously cast them! So who is wiser?

Sirs, please this is my passionate plea to kingdom leaders to be sensitive and do the needful by giving attention to these set of people Christ has given you as talents by allowing a forum for heart to heart talk.
Furthermore, facilitate training sessions for both spiritual and technical upgrading and build capacities. 

Empower where necessary materially and otherwise, give them wings to fly because only a fool will be treated well and won't be committed to those that helped him or her in the times of need. 

I am still the indefatigable Praise General 1 of Zion, never a former Music Director to anybody hahahahahahahahahah..........in His presence I belong always.

Youths of Umunze community of Anambra State has caught the general overseer of God of Light Ministry. FG SET TO BAN SALE OF ALCOHOL IN SMALL BOTTLES AND SACHET - SEE WHY

The Federal Government has issued directives targeted at phasing out the sale and consumption of alcohol in sachets and polyethylene terephthalate, PET, bottles. The goal is to reduce availability and curb abuse. Effective January 31 2021, producers of alcohol in sachets and small bottles are to reduce production by 50 per cent of capacity prior to January 2020. Mojisola Adeyeye, director-general of the National Agency for Foods and Drugs Administration and Control, NAFDAC, disclosed this in a statement. Adeyeye said uncontrolled access and availability of high concentration alcohol in sachet and small volume PET or glass bottles contribute to substance and alcohol abuse in Nigeria. She added that NAFDAC and the ministry of health have engaged major shareholders and have reached certain agreements. KIRIKIRI TOWN IS MOSTLY AFFECTED BY SHIP WRECKAGE - NAVY

The Nigerian Navy on Tuesday in Lagos raised alarm over the impending dangers shipwrecks posed on the Nigerian waters. The Flag Officer Commanding (FOC), Western Naval Command, Rear Adm. Oladele Daji, raised the alarm at a news conference held at the Base in Apapa, Lagos. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Correspondent who was part of the on-the-spot assessment team, saw the dangers posed by the shipwrecks on the Lagos-Badagry Waters.
