TEEN SLIPS TO DEATH WHILE TAKING SELFIE IN MOSCOW - LANDED ON A MERCEDES G-WAGEN (G-GUARD)

A teenager fell to his death from the 86th floor of Europe’s tallest building after reportedly slipping while he was taking a selfie.

The 18-year-old, named only as Alexander Sh, landed on a Mercedes G-Wagen parked below the 1,161ft OKO skyscraper in Moscow.

Russian reports gave two versions over the student’s tragic fall from close to a skating rink high above the Russian capital.

As well as the selfie version of events, when he fell, others suggested that he had a furious row with his father before running to a rooftop helicopter pad and falling off.

The OKO – meaning The Eye – is currently the tallest in Europe, at a height of 354 meters.

A source from Moscow emergency service: ‘A young man – 18 years old – fell from the 86th floor of the OKO tower in Moscow City.

‘He fell right on a Mercedes car that was left in the outdoor parking lot.

‘One of the versions of what happened is that he tried to make a selfie.

‘According to the building’s security, the young man had been with his father at the skating rink.’

But news website Life.ru citing eyewitnesses said: ‘People said there was an argument between the young man and his father.
‘In the heat of the moment Alexander ran to a helicopter pad and jumped off.’

14 BED CLINIC BUILT IN YAHAYA KWANDE COMMUNITY

It was learnt that the clinic, located in the centre of Jos, would serve the health needs of the less privileged in society. The Yahaya Kwande Community Clinic has female and male wards, children and delivery units and a consulting room for doctors and nurses where emergency cases would be attended to. In Uganda, according to the custom of the Banyankole community tribe, the aunt of the bride must have sex with the groom as a "potency test", and furthermore, has to test the bride's virginity, when the couple wants to get married. "NIGERIANS WITHOUT PREPAID METERS SHOULD STOP PAYING ELECTRICITY BILLS" - FG

By Jerrywright Ukwu Electricity consumers ​not provided with prepaid meters ​as at​ March 1 2017 have been told to stop paying electricity bills -  This is the directive from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) The Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have however fired back saying the rule is not applicable to all Nigerians The NERC has ​declared that electricity consumers ​that were ​not provided with prepaid meters ​as at​ March 1 should stop paying electricity bills presented by DISCOs on the basis of estimated billing methodology. The commission also ordered the DISCOs not to disconnect any such customer that refuses to pay the bills and further advised such customers to report to the commission if disconnected.
