HON DIPO PAYS FOR INMATES RELEASE- MARKS BIRTHDAY IN KIRIKIRI MEDIUM PRISON

The Lagos State House of Assembly Member representing Amuwo Odofin, Hon Dipo Olorunrinu turned a year older on October 3rd, and to mark his birthday, he made a special visit to the Kirikiri Medium Prison, Kirikiri town, Lagos to spend some time with the inmates.
Hon Dipo began his visit by attending the church service inside the kirikiri prison where in ivs motivational talk, he enjoined the inmates to remain steadfast, focused and hopeful, adding that the prison walls should never let then give up in their dreams just as he made a special request to pay for the fines of some prisoners who were being held because they couldn't pay their fines, after which he asked they be released.

Hon Dipo reiterated that the law is the law and must be respected while clearing the air that those benig released are those with option of fine, even as he advised them to obey the laws and remain good citizens when they come out. The freed prisioners thanked the Hon for his kind gestures just as the church went on to pray for him.
