The Apapa Deanery Laity Council, Lagos Archdiocese present an Award to Hon. Akeem Bello and his wife Mrs Roseline Bello in appreciation of there selfless service and
prodigious contribution towards the growth and development of Catholic church and the Laity Council in Apapa Deanery and Archdiocese of Lagos. 
The Award was given under the common seal of Apapa Deanery Laity council during Her 10th Anniversary of Apapa Deanery day celebration dated Sunday 14th of August 2016.
Hon Akeem Bello, Minority Leader Lagos State House Of Assembly really appreciated the award and promised to continue to give his full support anytime any day.

7 STUDENTS AND ONE TEACHER KIDNAPPED IN DAMBO-KASAYA COMMUNITY

By Ibrahim Mohammed Armed men on Monday attacked a school in Kaduna, killing one person and kidnapping seven students and a teacher, residents said. The armed men killed a man and abducted seven students and a teacher of Prince Academy, located at Damba-Kasaya village in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The incident happened around 8 a.m. on Monday when the gunmen stormed the rural community while the students were preparing for their Junior secondary school examination‎. It gathered that the abducted students are JSS3 students who were among the exit students asked to resume by the federal and state government. MASSIVE LANDSLIDE KILLS 2 IN WEST JAVA COMMUNITY

Two died as result of house being swept away According to the National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB), the two were killed as a result of a house being swept away by the landslide. MYSTERIOUS: 2 YEARS OLD BABY DISAPPEARS FROM PARENTS BEDSIDE

ABULEADO, a sleepy community in Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos State has been hit by uneasy calm since the disappearance of a two-year-old girl, Chinaza Agwa from her parents’ bedside on March 6. Since then, her parents, community leaders and other resi­dents have been in agony.     Saturday Sun gathered that before her disappearance, Chinaza was a cheerful and happy girl. She could play with anybody as long as she had seen the face before.
