Residents of Amuwo Odofin in Lagos State are bitter about the dirt heaped on and around every junction in the area. Reports from several residents points


accusing fingers to Lagos State Waste Management Agency (LAWMA) for the environmental hazard ridiculing their abode.

"Almost all the road demarcations in Jakande estate Amuwo Odofin now look like this since LAWMA stopped making rounds" a residnt funmilade spoke to Globval community reportsers.

It shows you one of the secondary schools names Great Trinity College owned by Henry and Henry Group then you can see the big tank farms owned by Index Petrolube, Swift Oil and Techno Oil. If you look closely, you will see the truck parks and the river behind where ship loaded with Oil product dock to transfer into the tanks. You will also see some houses that are very close to the tank farms. This picture was taken in 2015. Since then, the landscape has changed dangerously. More lands have been bought and used for truck parks, some buildings have been demolished. The area is now condensed and    overpopulated.  Thank you for reading. Kindly share also.

Bacterial vaginosis has been linked to miscarriage, preterm birth, as well as the increased risk of acquiring other sexually transmitted infections.
