TWO SOLDIERS FINALLY ARRESTED FOR BRUTALIZING A CRIPPLED MAN IN ONITSHA

The Nigerian Army says it has arrested two Military Police who allegedly maltreated a physically challenged person on New Market Road, Onitsha, on Feb. 7.  Col.
