UGANDA's POLICE SPOKESMAN ANDREW FELIX KAWEESI ASSASSINATED AT KULAMBIRO COMMUNITY

Police have confirmed that national police spokesman Andrew Felix Kaweesi was murdered near his home in Kulambiro, Kampala by unknown gunmen.
Kaweesi was leaving his home for work Friday morning when he met his death.

Kampala Metropolitan police spokesman Emilian Kayima confirmed the murder of the fallen police spokesman while addressing media at Kulambiro.

Kayima went on to say unknown gunmen are behind the murder of Kaweesi who also served as human resources manager of Uganda Police.

He also named the two officers killed along with the fallen national spokesman.

Kayima named them as Kenneth Erau and Godfrey Mambewo.
