Meanwhile, a comment from a facebook reader
indicated that;
"The name Eko was given to it by its first ever king in isale Eko Lagos island, Oba Ado, during its early history; it saw periods of rule by the Kingdom of Benin, Edo People. Eko was the land area now known as Lagos Island where the king's palace was built. The palace is called Iga Idunganran, meaning "palace built on the pepper farm.
King Ado and Benin Edo people has nothing to do with olofin and for point of correction Kind Ado is not a follower to anybody, King Ado is a prince from
Benin ...............google it History of Lagos"

Its a serious issue!
