3 MEN ON TRIAL FOR HAVING SEX WITH THEMSELVES AT LEKKI COMMUNITY

Three men, who were allegedly caught having sexual intercourse on Thursday, appeared before a Tinubu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.
The three suspects, who are facing a one-count of sodomy, pleaded not guilty to the offence.

The prosecutor, Insp. Nurudeen Thomas, told the court that the accused allegedly committed the offence on November 15 at about 3:35p.m. at Henry Ejogu St., Lekki Phase1, Lagos.

He alleged that the accused who are neighbours were caught while having anal sex by the mother of second accused who raised the alarm, which alerted other neighbours.

He said that the offence contravened Section 134 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

The Magistrate, Mrs F.O. Ikobayo granted the accused N100, 000 bail with two sureties each in like sum.

She adjourned the case till Nov. 30 for trial.
