Read these gracious words from the mouth of JOB:
“If I have rejoiced at the destruction of him who hated me, Or lifted myself up when evil found him (Indeed I have not allowed my mouth to sin By asking for a curse on his soul);"
Job 31:29-30 NKJV
Is it not ironic, that this basic divine truth that JOB, with the limited Biblical information available to him, had thousands of years ago, is completely lacking in several Ministers of the Gospel today?
JOB knew that it was against divine decency, decorum and doctrine :
1-To rejoice at the destruction of anyone that hated him.
2- To gloat when any evil located his hater.
That:
3- To allow his mouth to curse his haters is to SIN with his mouth.
But Now:
We are taught by "Great Men of God" to curse our human "enemies", seek in prayer for their downfall and death, and rejoice over their tragedies.
And this errant doctrine has taken over the Church psyche today, presenting a wrong impression of the Church to the world.
Read this:
" Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Lest the Lord see it, and it displease Him, And He turn away His wrath from him."
Proverbs 24:17-18 NKJV
Child of God, stop listening to Preachers that feed your primitive emotion and make you act like mere unchanged men.
God is OFFENDED with their doctrine of revenge.
